Final schedule of Suriya's 'NGK' to start this month

A week ago, SR Prabhu, who’s producing Suriya’s NGK, had apologised to the fans of actor on social media, writing, “Just realised, while playing a waiting game, all you have to do is ‘wait’. Sorry for not having any updates as promised guys. (sic)” And on Deepavali, the makers of the Selvaraghavan film released another poster from the movie. And now, we hear that the team is back on track and will commence shooting by the end of this month. In fact, they are waiting for Suriya to grow back the beard that he sports as part of his character’s look before they start filming again.
A source says, “Suriya is working simultaneously on NGK and his film with KV Anand. He was filming in Kumbakonam until a few days ago for Anand’s film and had to trim his beard to play that character. Now, the actor is back in Chennai and is gearing up to commence work on Selvaraghavan’s venture. Once he’s back in that character’s look, he will start shooting. The final schedule for NGK will be in Chennai, and the film’s female leads, Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi, will be part of it.”

The shoot will go on for about 15 days and with that, it will be a wrap for the film.
