Fired staffer writes offensive messages on Toyota GM ’ s car
BENGALURU: A 38-year-old general
manager with Toyota Kirloskar, Bidadi, has filed a police
complaint accusing a former staffer of damaging his official car
and scribbling abusive messages on it. Rajendra Hegde said it
happened on January 2 when he’d parked the car in the parking lot
of his UB City office.
“The office has provided me a car (KA 42-M-8009) and I regularly park it in Canbeera block, where we have our branch office. On January 2, I parked it in the same place and went out on an official tour. Later, my staff told me that they had to shift my car to Bidadi as someone had written abusive messages and dented the front portion. I came to know that it was our former staffer, AH Prakash,” he wrote.
“CCTV footage clearly shows Prakash damaging the car and writing abusive words against Hegde. It looks like he wanted to take revenge as Hegde had removed him from service,” police said.
